Delete your account
You can delete your RefBundle account yourself. It takes a minute.
How to delete it
- 1Sign in to RefBundle.
- 2Open Profile.
- 3Tap Delete account.
- 4Type DELETE to confirm.
This cannot be undone.
Can't sign in?
Email support@refbundle.com from the email address on your account and say you want it deleted. You can also ask in the Help chat on the site.
What we delete
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your login
What we keep
Order and payment records stay, with your name, phone and email removed. Ghana's financial rules require us to keep them.
Before you delete
You cannot delete an account that still has money in its wallet or has sub-agents. Withdraw the money and move your sub-agents first, then try again.
